I am a Curator, in both the most fundamental and most broadly-understood sense. Fundamentally, I am a steward: committed to the careful, responsible management of objects under my care. I make these items accessible to visitors for their benefit, and understand my obligation to ensure access for future generations.

philosophy

I believe the role of the modern curator is to help construct narratives around objects, supported by research, technology, institutional expertise, and active communication with visitors and others.

VISION

I believe everyone loves a good story, both hearing and telling. It's my job to facilitate that experience for museum guests and volunteers.
